We closed our survey at 12pm today after it had been live for a week. We had 120 responses.
Q8. How could you be encouraged/motivated to work on your well-being?
My problem is that I don't really have time for a lot of intense exercise. I would happily go to the gym for an hour every day if I could
Having a friend with you, and receiving rewards
Friends
Friends doing it too
Ability to fit exercise into daily routine easily
Having a personal trainer
Be the best you can be that what I say to myself every day
I suffer from various illnesses so wanting to live motivates me
Discounted gym or pool or even public transportation options.
If good food wasn't so expensive. Nothing in advertising. Once anything becomes an ad I dismiss it for stealing my time.
Constant supervision and motivation by a trainer
By participating in an activity that's not only good for my health, but also fun (like turning exercise into a game, such as ultimate frisbee or dance).

Derma filler/Botox - that does the trick for me ;)
Making it work with study/work commitments
Unsure, for me I find that just by doing exercise is a reward to my wellbeing as it makes me feel less stressed and is just all over better for my mind. I guess this is due to all the good endorphins that are released when exercising. Also exercising outside rather than at the gym helps a lot more with this!
By working on them along with friends.
Memos, friends, inspirational quotes, seeing images of correct portions, phamplete of useful info not too much words
I already do :)
Encouraging groups with people my own age

Encouraging groups with people my own age
Knowing it is effective
Making goals with friends
Prizes or some kind of incentive
Seeing results, hearing from people who can testify that taking car of yourself is important and rewarding.
By having less media shit abs advertising confusing me on what's good or bad for my well being. Also less people bring all oh look after your well being . It's patronising and rude.
Group fitness classes, lower priced meal planning for dietary requirements e.g. my food bags new bargain bag
A friend
Meet similar people
I've always wanted to get fit and go to the gym but i've never been athletic and the gym scares me. A welcoming and friendly environment where I am not scared and I don't feel self conscious!!
Probably if my friends were doing exercise or going to the gym with me, I would want to go.
Seeing others make positive changes too
By deleting Facebook
Cheaper /easier access / doing it with a friend
Doing it with a group of people who are just as motivated if not more so
Having a gym membership, at home exercise doesn't motivate me to well
Group activities. Understanding the benefits with hard facts. With CHEAPER fitness and food classes, etc...
Making it fun and easy
Being guided , nutritional plans and support groups and regular meet ups so like two to three times a week
Do need to? =)
Fit within current routine
If my friends were going to some gym/ class/ doing their own exercise, Id probably tag along
If I had a friend to do it with me
Faster results
Shown the benefits, how easy it would be
New friend support
Working together with friends/partner
Fun exercise rather than boring exercise.
Having someone to workout with
Long term positive health facts, frendly enjoyable company
Consistency of some kind, things in groups so you meet people who relate and motivate each other
I don't think you should have to be encouraged to work on your own well-being. If that is not a priority of yourself, you should rethink your lifestyle.
To feel good with myself
I don't know, by doing fun stuff like dancing, being with friends helps too
The scales
Someone text me "fat fuck" everyday. Also having a PT that doesn't cost and arm an a leg
Prizes or some kind of incentive
