This competitor concerns us as they are very similar in branding to our client. They have the same name and the font used for their logo is the same as what our client used in a campaign. The whole business is very similar; two girls run it, it's about health, fitness, and nutrition etc. It is an American business. Their product is an 'e-course', a six week online course that cost $75US dollars.
We need to make sure that we create a point of difference for Body Love NZ and make it more unique in its branding.

This is an Australia business. One woman supports people through individual well-being journeys, focusing on mental health. Has a life coach, counsellor feel to it. Doesn't mention price on the website - you have to engage with her before you find out how much it costs. By excluding pricing information she automatically feels more genuine and like she cares about your well-being more than making money.
"Either in-person or over Skype I will support you to get to where you want to go."
Body Love NZ is different because they want to focus more on community than individual. They have specifically told us that they feel like they want to avoid this path because they don't have the training or the understanding.

Run by Body Love's mentor, Makaiah Carr. It's is literally the exact same concept as Body Love except it is more established. This is confusing for us because we don't understand why they would start another company that is trying to do the exact same thing as their mentor.
Motivate Me's website is very intimidating and off-putting, so for us Body Love is more approachable feeling. Perhaps there is an opportunity for these two companies to work together; Body Love could be the first point of contact and initial introduction to the well-being concepts and then Motivate Me could be the next stage to combat the issue that Body Love are currently having with trying to cater for both beginners and intermediates (returning girls).

This feels like a gym and the tone is quite pushy and off-putting to beginners. Hits you with the prices on the first page. Feels quite individual, like you would have no peer-to-peer support through your journey.

It's all about the physical result and it also has a time-frame which doesn't make it very flexible.
