More Info From The Client

Email from the client to answer some of the super group's questions:

"Body love aims to build a community of happy and supportive woman, focused on spreading the stupidly simple idea of self acceptance and self love. Body love wants you to love your arms, stomach, legs, face, and bum! But even more so, we want every single woman to love herself right down to the core. To be so sure of herself that it doesn't matter what obstacles she faces or what comments are made to try and bring her down, that she remains confident in her being and continues to live a badass life.

I hope that's not too long! It's hard to break it down. Words and values to follow...
Community. Self love. Acceptance. Happiness. Resilience. Fearless. Strong. Empowered. Responsibility (ask me to elaborate on this one if you want). Value. Beautiful. Vulnerability (again I can elaborate if need). Gratitude. Support.

Again, quite a lot, but I'm just trying to give you a good feeling for what we want to encompass.
Responsibility: this is always a tricky one to explain to people in a way that doesn't make them think you're an arsehole haha. We said in our book 'Steve Maraboli once said, "the victim mindset dilutes the human potential. By not accepting personal responsibility for our circumstances, we greatly reduce our power to change them".' Responsibility is about remaining in control of your life, it's about learning to deal with the things that may have happened to you, and step away from the victim/ blame mindset. Responsibility = control. And that's how you get what you want out of your life 🙂

Vulnerability: this kind of has to do with your comfort zone, it's about being willing to be ok with potential failure in order to see growth in your life.
I would highly recommend you all watch watch a Ted talk by Brene Brown called 'the power of vulnerability' she is awesome and a huge role model / inspiration to courts and I."
